New Zealand Management Academies’ recently launched employment service Red Fish is proving to be a huge hit.
Not only are large numbers of employers snapping up NZMA students and graduates for jobs, but they are also lining up to participate in the Red Fish Careers Expos.
Following the enormous success of its South Auckland Careers Expo three months ago, Red Fish is now set to hold one in West Auckland on May 30. This is the first event of its kind out west, and already companies such as Telecom, SkyCity, the Hyatt, Fullers, the Waitakere City Council, Restaurant Brands and Westpac have confirmed their space to exhibit.
Held in conjunction with an NZMA Auckland West Academy Open Day, the expo will run from 9.30 am to 1.30pm. During the event employers will be given the opportunity to showcase their establishments as well as see first hand the quality of NZMA’s training. NZMA students and graduates will also be available for on-the- spot job interviews.
“At NZMA and Red Fish hospitality, business and contact centre are our key areas of expertise,” says Red Fish Recruitment Manager Barry Anderson.
“We have a huge number of contacts and employer partners in these industries and know the skills, qualifications and calibre of staff these employers are looking for. There is no doubt these expos are very worthwhile for potential students, employers and NZMA students and graduates.”
