New Zealand Management Academies (NZMA) is about to hold its first Open Day at its upmarket new academy in central Auckland’s Anzac Ave.
The event is an opportunity for NZMA to showcase its courses and facilities to members of the public. It will also be a day to celebrate cultural diversity.
Students from all corners of the globe study at the academy – and NZMA aims to pay tribute to them and the countries they come from. Students will don their authentic national dress, present cultural displays and serve a wide range of international cuisine.
Radio Station ‘The Edge’ will be dishing out prizes galore, guided tours of the new premises will be given, and hospitality students will be whipping up free flat whites and lattes in NZMA’s stylish, purpose-built café and bar training area.
NZMA’s English language school, FERN English Academy, will be showcasing its courses at the Open Day including its unique, specialist language courses such as English for Hospitality and English for Business.
Representatives from the hugely successful new recruitment service RedFish will also be on hand to discuss employment opportunities in the fields of business and hospitality.
The NZMA Open Day runs from 11am to 2pm on Tuesday July 1. All are welcome.
