The Sir George Seymour National College of Tourism and Travel has resigned from ITI after a recent restructuring. The College was recently purchased by Travel Careers and Training, another PTE, and they have created a single national management structure for both operations. This also led to a review of peak body membership and since the management of Travel Careers and Training had a close relationship with NZAPEP, they have chosen to maintain that membership and resign from ITI. ITI wishes both the College and Travel Careers and Training well for the future.
